    Very adaptable. Tolerates poor dry soils. Full sun.

  • Notes:

    A very durable pine with a bluish foliage hue. Pyramidal in youth becoming a lovely picturesque tree in time with a flat-topped irregular habit and bright orange branches.

  • Pruning:

    Pine, spruce and fir trees should not be pruned as they are most beautiful when allowed to develop their natural form. It is also important to locate these trees on a site with adequate space so that pruning will not be required to keep them from crowding buildings, walkways, etc.
